Hinduism is one of the most oldest religion in the world in the present day scenario there are number of religions in the world but according to swami vivekananda hindusim is not just a religion it is a way of living . Hinduism is often referred to as Sanātana Dharma,a Sanskrit phrase meaning "the eternal law", by its practitioners. Hindu beliefs vary widely, with concepts of God and/or gods ranging from Panentheism, pantheism, monotheism, polytheism, and atheism with Vishnu and Shiva being the most popular deities. Other notable characteristics include a belief in reincarnation and karma, as well as personal duty, or dharma.
Hinduism's vast body of scriptures are divided into Śruti ("revealed") and Smriti ("remembered"). These scriptures discuss theology, philosophy and mythology, and provide information on the practice of dharma (religious living). Among these texts, the Vedas and the Upanishads are the foremost in authority, importance and antiquity. Other major scriptures include the Tantras, the Agama, the Purāṇas and the epics Mahābhārata and Rāmāyaṇa. The Bhagavad Gītā, a treatise from the Mahābhārata, spoken by Krishna, is sometimes called a summary of the spiritual teachings of the Vedas.
Hindusim teaches a number of healthy living habits like yogaasanas, meditation and there are many proverbs like "service to humanity is a service to god" etc
It is a fact that in todays world there are number of socio-economic problems and there are many people who are below poverty line and a number of deaths due to hunger and violence what is the major root cause for all these problems , reason for this is there are lot of greedy people who are more selfish and will die for acheving their goals and they can go to any extent in acheiving their mottos the reason is that most of these people wont beleive in god. It is a well known fact that in Ramayana the famous indian epic everybody talks about ramarajya the people during lord rama's regime where every single person have prospered and excelled in their lives there was no poverty,deaths,violence and beggars each and every individual had enjoyed his/her lifes to the fullest and even it is talked about till date. the power of hinduism is such. how ever in the contemporary world everything is contrast even in india where hinduism had prospered for years there is corruption,voilence,poverty and hunger deaths the reason for this is india over the years had become the victim of bristish rulers and barbaric afghan kings who slowly and steadily diluted the spirit of hinduism and had injected the greediness amongst indians and have converted many Hindus into their respective religions and have brain washed their minds in such a way that on the name of secularism one of the indian national party had killed the valuable ethics and culture of hinduism .

So it is duty of every hindu in india to see that where india goes from here and what is the future of hinduism how can hindus take india in the progressing path the best example for the greatness of hindusim is the fact india had prospered over the last 60 years to some extent after liberating from britain and look at the other countries like pakistan, srilanka and bangladesh what is the fate of these countries and what is the socio economic status over there. and at other side see how Gujarat had prospered in the last 7 years inspite of earth quake,cyclones and communal violence and how about west bengal and other states ruled by pseudo secular and so called secular parties in india. so its high time that every hindu realize the importance of hinduism and come out of the clutches of so called secular and dangerous parties and vote the patriotic nationalist parties and credibleleader.
